Chicks of all ages and backgrounds are invited to e-mail us and register to become a Chick for Charity, playing an active role in the continued development and success of our organization—and helping to make a difference to those in need.

The best part about Chicks for Charity is that there are no scheduled formal meetings or boards—just Chicks hanging out with other Chicks to have a good time while raising money for less fortunate people in our community. We choose one charity a year, and dedicate all of our efforts towards raising money and awareness of the organization and their mission. We want to do good works, and have a fun time doing it. After we receive your registration you will be included in all Chicks for Charity communications and will have the opportunity to attend any of the fun upcoming events other Chicks have planned, or to even host your own Chicks event. Chick Kristin Brochetti recently hosted a euchre tournament for 30 friends at her home in Sylvania.

“I was worried planning an event on my own would take a lot of extra time and effort. Boy was I wrong! I sent an e-mail out, charged $20 a person, and my husband and I supplied the food and drink. We had about 30 ‘card sharks’ attend and raised $700. I couldn’t believe it. I want to encourage all of the Chicks to give it a try. Every dollar helps, and as we all know, there are so many worthy charities out there that need our support."
